In a meditative state all our problems drop away, allowing the mind to quieten. Our inner wisdom can then emerge pointing us in a healthier, happier direction, seeing the way forward with new insight. Meditation classes are available both as a group or on a one to one basis. I run a regular group on a Wednesday evening from 7 to 8pm. I am also available to other groups and individuals for a more tailored session.
